Me hospedé en la suite imperial del hotel en Guatapé, y aunque en general la experiencia fue agradable, quiero dejar constancia de un detalle que considero importante: encontré una cucaracha en la habitación. Esto me causó bastante incomodidad, especialmente considerando el nivel y precio de la suite. Sería ideal que el hotel refuerce las medidas de limpieza y control de plagas, para garantizar una experiencia más cómoda y tranquila para todos los huéspedes.

Nos gusto mucho la piscina y el jacuzzi y la atención que tuvimos mientras disfrutábamos de la piscina. La habitación tenía muy buen tamaño con balcón con vista a la Piedra. La ducha es pequeña y se sale mucho el agua hacia el resto del baño. No nos gustó el desayuno que pedimos, en su presentación y sabor.

We went Jet ski with a group of 10 people which we paid in total an amount of around $800+ USD. When I were jet skiing one of the plastic bumpers of the jet ski fell off and I pick it up and honestly told the one in charge. They immediately told me that I must pay and was not interested in how it happened. The bumper was not secured well and maybe was already damaged or loose from previous activities. front desks charge me 100usd for something that cost less than 10 $ USD to fix. Watch out!! they will do anything to scam you, and the check in procedure is verry slow!

Muy buenas habitaciones con buena vista y frescas. En la noche, completa oscuridad por el blackout, las zonas húmedas muy buenas, aunque sería bueno que la piscina más grande también fuera climatizada. Tiene cerca 2 pueblos muy coloridos y con muy interesantes historias: Guatapé y el Peñón, con comidas típicas en el camino y excelentes para visitar. Es un paseo excelente para hacer solo o en familia, para descansar o divertirse.

No logré recibir un correo solicitando feedback del hotel, así me tomo este espacio para darles feedback de mi experiencia. El staff del restaurante simplemente perfecto: amables, cordiales, atentos, todo perfecto y ante cualquier imperfeccion siempre buscaron soluciones y opciones. El staff de recepción durante el proceso de asignacion de habitaciones: inaceptable. Ineficientes y descortés al trato del huésped frente a imperfecciones de su proceso, lo peor es que fueron descorteses ante retrasos del hotel en entregar la habitacion a las 3pm según acuerdo, y una vez recibida la habitacion, sin toallas, pisos mojados, la puerta simplemente no cerraba, no funcionaba, al punto que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. Nunca en mi vida habia estado en un hotel que sirve el desayuno unicamente de 8am a 10am, una horas absolutamente incovenientes para cuando queremos salir a pasear desde el hotel. Si existe algun otro medio de feedback con gusto les escribo. Atentamente.

Los hospede ahy a mis tios ... una pareja de casados mi tio ingenieri y mi tia retirada les facinooo quedaron encantados me dijeron que tenia que ir alla y quedarme en ese hotel que es una maravilla y me dijeron que las camas comodisimas la ubicacion excelente el servicio A 1 sincerqmente me siento feliz y algun dia concere guatape y las instalaciones del hotel me dijeron que en limpiezaaa era exteemedamente limpio y la vista tuvieron una vista hermosaaaaa lo recomiendo el lugar .
Yo soy de new jersey 🇺🇸 espero pronto conocer por alla bello lugar .
